Terms and Conditions

General
Our standard turnaround times are 5 working days from confirmation of your payment and your “print-ready” proof approval. Turnaround time may increase depending on the product quantity, printing process and size of the job.
Please check your final artwork, as any change in your artwork after we have received your “print-ready” proof confirmation, will incur a minimum $40 including GST new print set up fee and may result in your job being delayed.
Quotations
All quotations are valid for a maximum of 30 days and are subject to change. It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the details on their sales order or invoice are correct, as Displays Australia will not take the responsibility for any errors.
Artwork
We do not offer any warranty on colour discrepancies between artwork supplied and the actual printed order. PMS colour matching service can be supplied at an additional cost.
Warranty
Displays Australia hardware products carry manufacturer’s warranties ranging from 1-year for budget products and up to 10-years for premium products. Any warranty or damage claim must be submitted to Displays Australia within 7 working days of receipt of order. If a warranty claim is submitted after 7 working days Displays Australia has the right to refuse the claim. It is the customer responsibility to return faulty goods to Displays Australia for repair or replacement, the cost of shipping is the customer responsibility.
Delivery
We provide delivery by fast road transport for all orders anywhere in Australia.In general please allow 2-3 days for shipping, however we can not be responsible for any delays caused by transport providers once the goods leave our premises.
For all despatched jobs via our designated courier, road freight or airfreight company, please ensure someone is available to sign and receive your goods. If no one is available to receive the delivery, an extra re-delivery cost may apply. All goods delivered by Displays Australia freight company will be covered by a damage warranty but only if the damage is reported within 24 hours from the receipt of goods.
If the customer uses their own courier service to pick up their goods, Displays Australia cannot give a guarantee for damage to the goods whilst in transit.
Indirect Losses
Displays Australia are not liable to compensate the customer for any increase in costs or expenses, loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts or any loss or expense resulting from a claim by a third party, or any consequential loss or damage of any nature whatsoever caused by Displays Australia delay in completing the order or to deliver the goods.

The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the Australian and other copyright laws, and is the property of Displays Australia.
Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks and trade names of Displays Australia used in the site are trademarks or registered trademarks of Displays Australia
Limitation of Liability
Displays Australia shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Displays Australia has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that an Displays Australia product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Displays Australia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Displays Australia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Displays Australia shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Displays Australia without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Displays Australia or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Displays Australia, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable solicitors’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
